Wonderful staff who clearly care for their patients. Dr. Battah is fantastic, and we are so grateful for his expertise, kindness, and the care that he shows our dogs! He always goes above and beyond to communicate instructions, and doesn’t just treat us like a number. We appreciate him and everyone there that help to make Happy Tails great!

My husband and I and our 5 year old black lab Moses recently moved to Lancaster for the winter. We knew we needed to establish a relationship with a vet here, and since we often drove by " Happy Tails", we decided to give this practice a try. From setting up the initial appointment to our first visit, we were very pleased with the experience. The vet tech greeted Moses with enthusiasm, kindness and an understanding of exuberant labs. Dr. Battah, the veterinarian, gave Moses a thorough and informative exam. He also answered all of our questions about our pet's weight, his cu rrent condition, and feeding. I brought a stray kitten I found on the street here and they were so kind and caring when taking care of her. They listened to my concerns about the kitten and were very kind to me. This is not my usual vet but I may switch to them for my own cats considering how affordable they were and how great they were!
