They explained what they had done and why, and went out of their way to make it so we could use our original key for that door. My husband and I have had two, bare bones, open storage rooms, downstairs in our bi-level home. Our washer/dryer was in a most awkward hallway position due to the previous owners--and we weren't quite sure how to make that space work more efficiently (and aesthetically) for us.

Tom came out and took measurements, talked us through the whole process of moving our laundry units, updating the plumbing & electrical, and framing out a new (large) reach-in closet. He even brought up aspects of the project that I had not thought of, which was incredibly helpful. Their quote came back at just the right price point. Their crew arrived exactly when they said they would—and they did a fantastic (professional) job of hearing me out about placements and details. They treated our home with respect and crafted that old, drab space into exactly what I had envisioned. I’m especially grateful that their electrician added more lights than I had thought we needed because it has proved to brighten up the space with beautiful clarity.

All in all, we are beyond grateful for our new and improved laundry room/closet area. We have added useful and beautiful square footage to our home. I would recommend Home One to anyone who is considering a renovation, and I will gladly reach out to them in the future when we are ready to tackle our (dream) bathroom renovation as well.“
