We contacted Guaranteed Carpet to get a room and an area rug cleaned. We have three dogs, two kids, and a couple of adults who track mud in constantly. The appointment was scheduled within a week, Vincent arrived when he as scheduled (early afternoon)and proceeded to work. The carpets were cleaned within an hour/hour and a half and were totally dry by the end of the day. I have had these same areas cleaned by another company in November and was not happy with the results (used OUR water in their machines, dumped their water in our toilets, and it took four days to dry).
