Dr. Jay really listens to my complaints, and personalizes treatment accordingly. He figured out the source of my migraines and helped me heal from a traumatic rib fracture. I would highly recommend Function 1st!
Dr. Jay has treated me several times for pain in my back, neck and head. I feel confident in Dr. Jay's skill because he was gentle and effective with the manipulations and treatments he provided. Dr. Jay was able to loosen my muscles and decrease my pain and I will definitely go back in the future for maintenance.
a well rounded approach to any health difficulty, pain, weight gain, strengthening exercises and most important preventative education on posture and consistent adjustments which have helped me to not have reoccurring back neck pain which I have struggled with intermittently for many years.
