I was going to this office for 35 years when it was dr. Dr. Roush. Unfortunately they retired and I had been dealing with this group. I had a crown done and it didn't feel right from the start. I told them a few times and they didn't want to listen.The assistant told me I must get used it, Months went by and I continued to complain about it, The bite was off. It made me feel like the tooth was weak. The last time I was there and told them again, They walked away from me and I had to escort my self out. I asked them about warranty and they told me they do not guarantee their work. A few days later I got a letter in the mail telling me I was no longer welcome because I undermined their practice. After spending all that money on a crown that did not fit. Later l found out from a different dentist it was a different material and the crown was smaller that let a gap overlapping my other tooth. For this I was kicked out of their office and made a fool out of . I do not recommend them .
My experience with Dr Lambert has been a great one. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to listen to their needs. He even goes the extra mile to research if a less expensive alternative is available. I smile all the time!!
