Evolution Lancaster

Evolution Lancaster is a yoga studio that offers a range of classes and programs for all levels of experience and ability. Under new management, the studio has decreased pricing and a greater diversity of yoga practices, including in-studio and live-virtual classes. They offer 200- and 300-Hour Teacher Training Certification Programs, Private Lessons, Corporate Wellness Programs, and Workshops. The studio has received positive feedback for its therapeutic and empowering effects, helping students to feel energized and "blissed out" after class. However, there have been some concerns about certain teachers being off-putting, with one teacher being particularly harsh and judgmental towards late arrivals and students who may not be as familiar with yoga.
