Would just like to thank Dr. Herres for everything he has done for me to this point. This place is wonderful, they’re caring and willing to explain everything to me. And that puts my anxiety levels at a better place. Highly Highly recommend this dental office for EVERYONE!!!!

Dr. Votilla is the best! I needed a dentist when I moved to Lancaster in 1990 and found his practice by chance. I have never had a bad experience there and am VERY pleased with the recent filling/smoothing he did on my front teeth. Excellent attention to detail!

On my first visit, hygienist Lisa was particularly sympathetic and articulate and attending Dr. Votilla generous with his time, introducing high-tech dentistry to a novice patient with medical training. It took me more than 60 years to get into the routine of brushing at bedtime, so he shouldn't have been surprised to learn that it's taken me 70 to floss periodically. He conveyed his disappointment with me as gently as he could, and in return, I conveyed my willingness to get with his program by paying his $321 bill, on top of the best Medicare Advantage Plan in Pennsylvania but before professional courtesy, with nary an (audible) complaint.
