There is a swale behind my condo that is not being taken care of according to Manheim township regulations
There are 100 plus condos in the HOA and none are in this shape. When I moved in here it did not look like this, otherwise I would not have purchased the unit.
The mowers will mow over this area even though there is no grass or when it is extremely wet. I have many photos and videos. It is quite evident that the mowers just don’t care. I highly recommend Creation for snow removal services. The staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient in the services provided. We are an HOA community, and we also use Creation for all of our landscaping services. We have had a professional relationship with Creation for over three years, and we are grateful to have their staff maintain our community year round.
