Recently I had an opportunity to speak with Doug who serves as the ground's supervisor at Conestoga Memorial Park, regarding a personal matter associated with a family member's grave site. Doug took the time out of his very busy schedule to address my issue. I found Doug's customer service skills were outstanding ! He is a very compassionate empathetic individual. After listening to my worries , it took Doug little time to put my mind at ease ,that all my concerns were resolved in a positive manner. I strongly recommend Conestoga Memorial Park which also includes the office employees,Tammy and Melissa.
