Two part review with an average score. My daughter bought a dirty stinking rug that she loved. When I brought it to Certified I told them it probably will not be perfect but do your best. They have a machine they run it through and people come from many miles around for this service. They met my expectations. Not completely clean but I did not expect that. It no longer smells. Second part is the cleaning of my basement stairs. After 3 days it was still damp and it smelled awful. The guy who looked at this problem was shocked. Even with so so ventilation in that area it shouldn't have been that way. He sprayed it and put an industrial fan on it and it dried... read full review

Tony looked at my carpet and advised that given its condition it would not be advisable to get it re-binded. I appreciated the honest assessment and advice. I would highly recommend their carpet cleaning and repair.
