I called a little over hour before they closed to see if they could still take me and told them I could be there in 10 minutes. She agreed. I was welcomed immediately and introduced and sat at station 3. She said he name is pronounced like So. Very wonderful time. She gave me exactly what I wanted, she was polite and did it quickly. They did end up closing around me and I felt horrible for keeping her late, but she didn't complain. I am thrilled with how my nails look! They do not let you tip when you pay with a card and only take cash, you can run to Giant and get cash back which is what I did. My mom and I came here for mani/pedis. The quality varied from technician. My technician did a good job on both, but my mom's only did a good job on her toes and sped through the nails. They took a long time, we were there for 2 hours as they were inefficient. Mine was thorough but I couldn't help but thinking she could do just a good job in shorter time. They didn't try to upsell us so that was a plus. People kept coming in for walk ins and I was amazed they kept taking people but they did get to all of us.

I waited for an hour and a half for them to take walkins who came in after me before me. I went for a simple fill and said keep length and shape (medium coffin) and the lady kept filing to the point that my nails are beyond short. She made them square and one side of the square is and other side of same nail is rounded. My cuticles are painted none of my nails are the same length. I've never had an issue till today it's horrible. After she cured my nails she kept filing leaving me with uneven and sharp nails.
