Had a great experience with Grace. She asked a good range of questions in the beginning and throughout. I felt like she was really taking the time to understand my hair goals and lifestyle. I don't know everything about hair so I don't always know what to tell hairdressers so she made that easier for me! Normally I feel quite rushed at the hairdresser since I've got quite a bit of hair but I felt like Grace takes the time to make her customers feel valued. If you’re looking for a hair salon that goes above and beyond; this is it! The location is lovely and as soon as you step inside you know you’ll be well taken care of! Ellie always takes time to listen to what I want and she’s also more than willing to let me give her the freedom to do whatever with my hair. I typically show up to each appointment saying, “do what you want, I trust you!” - and it’s the truth! I never leave disappointed. Ellie is friendly and immensely talented.
