Hello, as a wedding photographer, I am often asked if I know of a top-high quality, professional make up artist and or wellness spa. Judelyne goes out of her way to make sure her client is 100% satisfied and HAPPY. I have referred her many times and each and every one of my brides have been extremely happy. I also know first hand. Beauty By Judelyne is a full natural hair salon & spa located just couple blocks away from downtown Lancaster, we provide facials for any skin type,condition and concerns, makeup application for any occasions, Lash extensions, Dread locs, weaving extensions, braids, men’s hair cut & basic hair styling.
