customer care is the main problem I see. I have no issue with the build just the sales staff I have never been lied to when spending so much money so much in my life. we noticed a few problems with the house contacted them a little over 4 months ago and still have yet to get a response for repairs. If you buy a home from them I hope you're handy

We purchased a home from Lake City and are very pleased. Their employees are truly craftsmen and all the details are well thought out. Rob did a wonderful job walking us through the entire process and is still helpful any time we need help. Our home is beautiful and built well. I HIGHLY suggest you check them out whether you are looking at stick built or manufactured houses because Lake City has all the quality of traditional houses with the speed and convenience of manufactured housing. They truly do care about their customer and take pride in their homes.

Honesty is tough to find these days. Earning trust, gaining credibility...Dan is so much more than any common realtor. He actually takes the time to review all options, listens to your needs and provides true “consult”. With an engineering background, he can see the analysis and numbers, but the advising is where he truly shines. Straight forward, genuine advise on what’s best...
