Andrew did a remarkably good job inspecting one house we decided against and another that we are in the process on. His inspections were thorough and informative. His report included pictures and facility to organize the repair schedules. After we finish the work on this house, we hope to engage his services on the old house as well.

Very professional and thorough. Bob was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly as we went along. Patty was very helpful with coordinating the appointment with the realtors. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. We plan to use them again with our additional properties we are purchasing!
