I’m glad I came across Rinker. It was a great experience from start to finish. I called for my Generac Generator, it wasn’t Turning on. From the receptionist being kind, polite and upfront with service cost to our technician Steve who was such a knowledgeable individual and really enjoys what he is doing. They checked my main electrical box, ground and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done correctly. Rinker did a fantastic job installing our Mitsubishi mini-split A/C units! Josh was great and the installers were neat and clean and installed everything exactly the way we wanted it. The system works great and we highly recommend them.

I spoke to Josh for 15 minutes and he was extremely helpful and informative. Josh told me Rinker would not be able to help me with my specific project needs but he then took the time to tell me exactly what to look for and what questions to ask as I interview other companies. Any company willing to do that gets 5 stars in my book
