Best guy to deal with! I had an amazing experience bringing my 2020 ram 2500 to Joe to do my front end work, my life, tires, alignment, and oil change! Get customer service, truck was dropped off and picked up done in a day! Couldn’t be happier !
My wife and I have had multiple jobs done with excellent and HONEST results. The biggest project was to repair my wife's Ford Expedition. Do we do just the repairs needed, get a rebuilt engine, or just decide to replace the vehicle? To our amazement, instead of just giving an estimate for repairs, Joe did some research to include what vehicles like ours were for sale locally and what rebuilt engines were available with a warranty. He wanted to make sure we had all the facts to make a fully informed decision of what would be best for our budget. He stands behind his work and wants to make sure his clients are 100 percent satisfied. I know we are, and will continue to rely on him for our automotive needs.
Joe has excellent customer service, he is friendly, and will explain what he is doing to your full understanding. He doesn't take short cuts, and gives a honest repair for a honest labor charge. To put it simply this the kind of auto repair shop my Grandmother would have used without reservation, and that is saying something. Best way to find out what Joe has to offer is don't take my word for it, go experience it for yourself.
