Leadership is hands on as the administrator is actively involved in day to day operations and makes a point to get to know each resident individually. Staff is amazing. Very friendly, lots of interaction of staff with residents, I never saw one face of staff without a smile. The only thing I noticed was a bit of an odor of urine.
Many kudos to the dedicated staff assigned to the D wing of the Meadowview Rehabilitation and nursing facility. The patients are clean, usually happy, and well cared for.
