This gym is missing something!! The staff are friendly and attentive, the facility is clean, but it's missing something. The gym is in desperate need of an additional smith machine. My most recent wait time for this machine was 30+ min at peak visiting hours. The weird thing is there's four spaces for this equipment, but only three smith machines. Besides that, it's an awesome gym.
I absolutely love coming to Planet Fitness Kutztown, the crew is very nice, good amount of equipment & dumbbells, the trainer Brian is amazing, his classes are great, the one-on-one is great, learned a-lot from him & continue to learn, would rate 100/10 if I could.-Christopher Roveto
Extremely Clean location, staff always friendly and helpful. The worst part is the new hours. If you have a job or responsibilities during the day and can only make it at night, you have to rush through your workout as they begin shutting the light down and are ready to close by 10pm most night. Very disappointing considering planet fitness is known for its 24hr gyms. Otherwise it’s great.
