As owner and working Supervisor of Geist Construction, he delivers what he contracts to do and more. My wife and I were so happy to finally find a contractor that communicated with us throughout the project, and didn't tell us what he was going to do in every instance, but took the time to ask us what we thought and wanted. The end result was better than we had hoped for, and oh yeah-Cody's prices are more than fair! A fine company. AAA+

Finished product is great. Respectful of property. Great communication during the process. My wife was home and they kept her informed of every step. Had deck stained and steps of deck redone.
