Awesome! Showed up on a SUNDAY(at 4 in the afternoon I might add!!!!) to assess the tree to be removed from my house. Had it gone for me by Tuesday! Very careful about how to remove it from the house without causing further damage. Was very honest that bucket truck would put rivets in my front lawn(CHRIS,a tree is on my house... I’m good with the grass!LOL). Fair price and was cool waiting for payment while I sorted things out with insurance! Thank you!! Folks, this was a 100 foot pine tree... these guys did an awesome job!

Mr. Outdoor Tree Service is the best company I have ever dealt with. During Bomb Cyclone Riley on Friday, March 2nd, we had a 22,000 lb. tree fall through our roof into our bedroom on the second floor. We also had a 90 ft. tree partially uproot and became suspended over the driveway. In addition to the extreme dangers of those 2 trees, we also had approximately 7 other 90 ft. trees fall over our property causing major damage. Obviously, thousands of residents of Monroe County had damage from this storm from hell and it was challenging to find someone to remove these perilous trees in a real fast hurry. In enters Mr. Outdoor Tree Service – my heroes!!!! Mr. Outdoor Tree Service and his crew arrived Tuesday morning, March 6th. The owner, Chris Beck, was quick to get out and shake my hand and introduce himself and the crew and to relay his empathy. To me, first impressions are everything and Chris truly impressed with his respect and courtesy. Then as a true professional, Chris went right to work using a 65 ft. bucket truck to evaluate the situation. Within minutes he had evaluated that the tree was still a hazard even though it appeared stable, resting on the roof. He explained that only three 2x4’s in the attic were keeping this massive tree from falling right to the first floor. He invited me into the bucket to see exactly what he saw and as a bonus, I can could the appropriate pictures for the insurance company. The bucket is a scary place to be, but Chris made me feel comfortable enough to comprehend what he was showing me and I was able to get the best view for the insurance company photos. Chris then explained that in order to remove the tree without causing further damage, he would need to obtain the crane to suspend the tree while the cuts were made. The only issue we had was that my insurance company only allows $500.00 of expenses for tree removal. Chris himself quickly called my insurance agent and within an hour, had the appropriate permissions from the insurance company to cover all the expenses incurred. Chris was extremely concerned that I should NOT pay anything from my own pocket. While he was waiting for insurance approvals, his crew sat idle; and he would not leave until there was the correct course of action completed. Next, Chris called in the crane and again while waiting for the crane, his crew sat idle. Keep in mind during this idle time, Chris did not make a penny, but was determined to get this job done that day as the next nor-easter was due that evening. He feared the impending snow would cause that tree to crash into my first floor and refused to let that happen. Once the crane arrived, back to work they went like Santa’s helpers on the day before Christmas Eve. They climbed trees like monkeys, rigged ropes like sailors and worked the chainsaw like beavers. The whole crew worked their tushies off. Watching them work was like witnessing an intricate ballet of grace and talent. Once the tree was down and we were out of danger, Chris asked if someone was coming to tarp the roof to protect the inside from the massive amount of snow that we were supposed to get that night. Unfortunately, I did not. So again, Chris called the insurance company and demanded that THEY obtain a contractor for emergency deployment to cover this roof. And so within a few hours the contractors arrived and tarped the roof thanks to Chris. Once done removing this ginormous tree from my house, Chris and the crew put on their super-hero capes and flew to the next disaster scene to save more lives, but never-fail Chris reassured me he would be back to finish the other messes left by this storm as soon as he could. Then a few days later, Chris and his crew arrived once again and I was able to witness Act II of this intricate ballet. They completed the entire job in 2 days; my house was out of danger, the tree over my driveway was gone, the huge logs and branches of the 7 other trees were carted off. I want to say thank you from the top and bottom of my heart to Chris, Jake, Ryan

Mr outdoor tree service plowing services are the most efficient operations I have ever seen. First the boss lady Heather helps keep everything organized by texting you to keep you posted on up coming potential storms and how they will take care of your driveway to the time frame they come. Next you got Chris and his crew who are friendly courtesy and prompt. The work they do is always done with care and keeping the customer needs first and making sure they are satisfied with the work that has been done.
