“I would recommend polished, but we had a group of 6 (2 being children). One of our techs was not friendly and very annoyed with the children. She did her job but you could tell she wanted us out of there. The other 2 techs were great, made us feel a little more welcomed. I would go back and just state I didn’t want that tech.“
