    I have been searching specifically for someone that can cut curly hair when this business name came up. I checked their website but did not find what I was particularly looking for so I went to the door. I understand the Covid procedures of locking the door until it is your appointment time, however, I felt dismissed! I knocked on the door and it took them some time to come, but again, they were busy and hairdryers were running so I get it, I had to wait a bit. When the woman came to the door, she barely opened the door, even though I had my mask on beforehand, I said I do not have an appointment but wanted to ask about making one.     I didn't need any services, just to purchase one product: Be Curly Curl Enhancer. A woman answered the locked door, checked with another employee inside to confirm that they had the product in stock, then returned to inform me that I would need an appointment to return to purchase a product I could see from the front door. I didn’t need to enter the building to make a purchase, the transaction could have been done at the door. I’ll take my business to Shakti.

    Tucked away in the United Penn Plaza, Saucha is a total gem. The proprietor and master stylist Cindy cut and revived my hair. She is equally knowledgeable and gregarious. The space lends itself perfectly for a mid afternoon escape.
