“I was in a pretty nasty car wreck in Philadelphia on March 2nd 2024... I was the passenger and we were t-boned. Thank God we all were ok in the sense that we could have gotten really badly hurt. I ended up with some nasty whiplash. The pain was, and I stress WAS, horrible! I, under doctor's orders, was told to come to specialty physical therapy. And I really want to say that I hated the thought of it because I had some bad experiences with therapy elsewhere. But, of course I wasn't in a place to say no way. When I got to therapy on my first day, I was treated like a person with health issues and not just a number. Doctor Kim and the others were so attentive and kind. Her, Mark and Michelle all took they're time with me and REALLY worked on my issues and NOT what they felt like! I'm currently now living some normalcy and not "screaming" in such pain like I was before coming here! They KNOW what they are doing and they do it well! “I typically only visit here for lab work. The parking garage always has parking, staff is always friendly and helpful and the people in the lab are very professional. They get a good blood draw on the first try every time! I recently visited the ER to pick up a friend around 1 am. When you first walk in, there is a metal detector and a person who will search your purse/bag. The waiting room is very small. The girl at the front desk was helpful while the guy working at the next window was sleeping.....“
