I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Ken Rex Plumbing and Heating. My a/c unit died in the middle of a heatwave. I called around and either I wouldn’t get a call back, or the business was not taking new clients. Ken Rex called right back to set something up. Ken personally came to my house to check my unit and explained everything in great detail, breaking things down with analogies so I completely understood what needed to be done. Ken worked hard to get me the best deal, as quickly as possible. I felt very comfortable with Ken and the two individuals who came to install my unit. They were professional and efficient and even took their shoes off before stepping on my carpet! My new a/c unit works great and I will be a customer for life.
Professional and courteous, Ken Rex Plumbing & Heating is the type of business that you want to do business with. We had two units installed 2 years ago.
