Jae Nam offers both martial arts classes (great for self discipline, confidence and self defense) and Kigong classes (low impact and a focus on breathing and wellness). I highly recommend Kigong for starting your day in the right head space! Master Acri creates a calming environment welcoming to all levels and abilities.

We enrolled our daughter at Jae Nam Training Academy a little over two years ago after changing from another martial arts school.The other school had a lot of hidden fees. They lured you in with a certain advertised price for classes but then once you started the price jumped to an outrageous amount and you had to sign a binding contract. When I questioned the price, I was told that it was valid due to the credentials of the school owner. The classes, however, were not led by the school owner but by high school students.At Jae Nam, Master Acri is the actual teacher for the classes. He is the owner and is extremely knowledgeable. Jae nam training academy is an awesome place to train. My son has been attending Jae nam for three years. We started during the Covid time period. Jae nam has awesome instructors whom work with you if you’re struggling with any form in class. They also have held some amazing events like performance at the rail riders baseball field, hockey events, tournaments at kalahari, , sword events, axe events and black belt camps. It’s all just some great examples of how we keep improving our training here at Jae nam. I’m so glad I got my son to this experience in his life and more glad that I chose Jae nam.
