Stan and his crew were excellent and very professional and efficient. They worked nonstop and completed the job in 1 day. The yard was completely clean afterwards. Stan and his whole crew did a great job to install their new roof. The crew was professional, they did quality work and the roof looks amazing. Stan made an effort to meet with us at our house, on our time, and on the weekend. He brought hardware and pamphlets to explain what options were available. Black Label was the best and the only business to provide a quote for a standing seam option. The price was affordable and within our range. Stan's crew showed up promptly on time, every day. The work was tedious, and Stan's crew paid attention to detail. Stan's excellent customer service shined when he heard concerns and was prompt in addressing them. Black Label's website explains that they are experts in metal roofing, and they are. They are overly satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, detail, and personalized customer service from Stan and his team.
Highly recommend black label builders. A contractor destroyed my roof. I had water leaking in my living room. Stan and his guys came over and fixed the horrible job that the previous contractor did at a super affordable price.
Stan was wonderful to deal with throughout the process. He discussed our roofing options with us and thoroughly explained the procedures and costs. We thought the price was very fair for the high quality of the product and warranty. His crew especially Jean the supervisor, were efficient and professional in completing the job within the time frame we were promised, as well as addressing any questions along the way. Stan and his crew were excellent! They are very professional and efficient. Our roof needed mostly all of the wood replaced. They worked nonstop and completed the job in 1 day! The yard was completely clean afterwards. The next morning some of the crew came back to check the yard again so that no debris was left anywhere. I would highly recommend Black Label Builders to anyone who needs a new roof or outdoor job to be done! They were great and I am very pleased with my new roof!
