I stopped in over the weekend with my daughter because she needed a new pair of glasses, and we were also picking something up at the store. Madison was extremely helpful and went the extra mile by calling my daughter’s eye doctor on Monday to request an updated prescription with an expiration date, as required by store policy. She also called me back with updates and demonstrated excellent customer service and communication throughout the process.

I got my new glasses today and Madison helped me pick the frame that looked most similar to my old ones. Less than a week later Madison presented me with my new glasses. She took the time to make sure they fit properly, asked if everything looked well and made sure they sat perfectly on me. Madison was AWESOME! In and out really quick.
Gina Torres is amazing!!!! I took a friend who has Down Syndrome to buy glasses. Gina was so helpful in helping her find what she was looking for. She treated her like the independent adult that she is, while also taking extra time to meet her needs and go at her pace. So respectful, kind, and patient. Thank you Gina!!!
