Shout out to Rebecca at the KOP store. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Last week I thought I ordered tile to be delivered today. Turns out that a different service rep misunderstood and the order was not placed. Rebecca came to my aid, worked her magic, and had the tile same-day delivered from another store. She even loaded it in my car. Rebecca was pleasant, professional, and mindful of the huge issue I was facing with my contractor and no tile. And, she never bad-mouthed the person who made the original mistake. She just fixed it! Thank you so much Rebecca!!
Becky is the absolute best. She was so nice, had great taste and ideas. She kept my budget in mind and also worked efficiently. She knew all the extras I would need to complete my bathroom, she covered everything.
