I am in Massachusetts and promptcare has come to my home to set me up with everything that I've needed. Andrei and Melani worked hard to get the right mask for me. I'm extremely claustrophobic but they've help me find solutions to overcome the issues that wearing a mask makes. thank you for these awesome employees! FIVE STARS!

My child has been a patient of PromptCare for years. I just LOVE this company. I cannot understand the negative reviews. I have a single contact rep that handles my monthly order. I have her direct line, email address and an app on my phone that I can utilize to contact her. Over the years this person has changed, but I am always notified and have never had a complaint. I am amazed how they have so skillfully managed to get me what my child needs in the face supply shortages, especially over the last few years. My respiratory therapists over the years have been true professionals and so knowledgeable in pediatric home ventilator care. They are also caring individuals who really care about the welfare of my child. I highly recommend this company and would hate to be forced to give it up for any reason..

Customer service is extremely lacking, and considering this is for needed home health equipment, its shocking to say the least. Reps rarely call back timely, rarely leave voicemails, and don't even think of trying to get someone over the weekend. Continuous problems during setup and sent the wrong NG tube sizes constantly. Cant use their app since no one has called us back to correct my son's name in their system.Updating rating after finally reaching some of their reps over the phone. We don't always get a call back and there are still a lot of shipping issues, but it feels like there's a few people trying there.
