“I had a slow draining toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and I (foolishly) called a plumber from another, larger company. The other company augured the toilet and said I should be good, and that I probably need a new toilet soon. But after more than one flush it was clear the problem still existed.

I called Bruce's Plumbing for a second opinion (and because the quote for a new toilet seemed ridiculous), and even just describing the problem over the phone, given the type of toilet, Bruce was pretty sure there was a blockage somewhere. The guys showed up and in less than an hour had removed the toilet and found my son's old toothbrush. Removing that saved me further expense.
