We had a fantastic experience working with Hannah at the KOP location! Going in, my fiancee and I had very little idea of what kind of engagement ring we wanted. Hannah walked us through a number of options, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us narrow down a custom engagement ring that my fiancee absolutely loves. Highly recommend!
