Incompetent- go to Lens Crafters, Warby Parker or any Optometrist that will stick by their product and take care of you. No matter what the issue is. Even if you feel your new lenses belong to someone else or are just wrong. KOP Family Eye Care policy (never saw any of this in writing, so buyer beware) give NO Refunds, ever!! You are on your own and will lose whatever you paid. It's an outrage. The Doctor just washes his hands of you. Horrible practice. Go somewhere else, there's way too much competition out there to cheat patients in this way. Very expensive lesson learned.

Dr. Ellwood and his team did a fantastic job sizing my glasses and providing me with recommendations for proper eye care. They have a wide variety of glasses to choose from and I love my new glasses. I can see why anyone would choose Dr. Ellwood because I can see much better because of them!! I highly recommend them! Thank you!
