I was desperate to have a pair of glasses repaired so I stopped in the store to ask if this was something they were equipped to do. The reps were Very friendly and accommodating. They said they could take a look if I brought them in. After I finished shopping with my daughter I grabbed the glasses out the car and returned. I believe the gentleman's name was Tyrone that looked at my glasses. He had me out of there in 15-20mins with a fixed pair of glasses. I was very pleased with the quick service! Thanks

Emily (GM), Ty (Asst Mgr), Dr., and staff are pleasant, informative, friendly and maintain a pleasant-ness about them that invites the customer/patient to feel at-ease and comfortable!!!
The Dr is very informative and detailed with testing, results, and prescriptive steps moving forward!!!
Would more the highly recommend anyone to look their way if in the vicinity of the King of Prussia mall (near Dick's in the ground floor of the Mall) and make appointments!!!!
The traffic flow of the mall allows anyone to stop in and peruse, inquire, or taker time to check out their vision without concerns!!!!

Loved my experience here! Everyone was super helpful and so patient while I tried on what felt like a hundred frames. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out the perfect pair. The whole process from the exam to picking up my glasses was smooth and easy. I’m obsessed with my new frames!
