I was very pleased with my experience at Envy. Victoria was very professional and made me very feel very comfortable. I appreciated that she explained that she was training prior to providing services. Erika was also very professional while overseeing Victoria's training. The salon has a nice relaxing feel and is very clean.
Victoria's service and attention is wonderful! She has a very sweet voice and her hands are very delicate, I loved the service, I was excited about my look, my eyelashes were very natural, she also fixed my eyebrows, which are very complex but she did a beautiful job! I recommend it 10/1000
As others have stated, Erika is the best! KOP is a bit of a drive for me, but I come just to see Erika (and stroll around the mall after she sculpts my brows to perfection!). She is so sweet and gentle, and has a light touch that leaves a very natural and aesthetically pleasing look. Highly recommended!
