“We used SB Builders to replace to two 40+ year old decks on the back of our home. The decks were original to the home, and well past their useable life. Shane had to completely demo the decks and start all over as there was nothing that could be reused (well, I think he reused one or two of the original footings). Shane furnished us with designs, the schedule of work to be performed, and even took care of the permitting process with our local township. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of construction, and the level of detail Shane and his crew provided. We now have decks that will outlast us, and will be virtually maintenance free.
