Very competent, reliable and expert service. John (service engineer) did a great job recently, diagnosing and fixing a system fault with our geothermal unit, that we had installed around 12 years ago (by Sinton).
As an energy auditor I deeply appreciate the science based approach Sinton takes to understanding the science at work in a building and how to make its occupants more comfortable in a healthy environment. I have done numerous inspections of Sinton's work and have consistently found work imbued with common sense and uncommon quality. BRAVO! TO THE WHOLE TEAM.
People I trust recommended the Sinton team for their quality workmanship, and they have been helping us with HVAC maintenance for a few years. Recently, they helped us with replacing our aging HVAC systems and installing new duct and vent as part of finishing our basement.I appreciate John's expert knowledge as he walked me through the pros and cons of various systems and what makes sense given our needs. The team were upfront about their scheduling constraints (including supply chain delays) and were very flexible to work around our own scheduling constraints.
