R.K. Conrad General Contracting Inc., Incorporated in 2001, has been performing general contracting construction management since 1985. Six of these years were invested in performing commercial construction. R.K. Conrad Inc. is a fully insured corporation, bonded, carrying business and contractors licenses in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Our employees are all fully insured and covered by workman’s compensation. In 2002, after working together for 15 years, Ed Smitheman, owner of Smedco Builders, teamed up with Ross Conrad to bring his experience in roofing and building to the business, which immediately expanded the opportunities for growing the business in additional fields.
