We have four cats and take them all to KSVH. I have been pleased with the quality of service we (husband and I) have received for our cats here. I have been to vets before that try to swindle- not the case here. There is no extra charging for unnecessary items and I like the fact that you get an itemized bill. The staff is flexible and allows me to bring multiple cats in for appts at one time- which is great because it’s less trips I need to make with angry cats who do not want to leave the house. Doctor Barnsley is a fantastic vet. He relates to and cares for animals in a way most people can't. When he walks into the exam room he's more interested in talking to my pet than me and i wouldn't have it any other way.
Absolutely wonderful vet and veterinarian team. Dr. Barnsley is the only vet that my pack (2 dogs and cat) have loved going to visit. We were absolutely devastated when we lost Bella, our Great Pyrenees, who lived to a ripe old age of 13 under his care...unheard of for this giant breed. It was such a respectful, comforting and caring (but very sad) experience. When we brought our 19 year old kitty, Satchmo, in for a visit because he was losing weight and not eating, we were prepared for the worst.
