Valerie is very knowledgeable about how our body's work and how to correct irregularities. I came to her suffering from sciatic pain and numbness post fusion for spinal stenosis. First she looked at how I was standing and walking. She saw I some areas out of alignment and imbalances. She listened carefully to my description of my symptoms. She explained what she was going to do so I understood the process. She used a combination of targeted areas of acupuncture in hips and legs. Also, cupping and massage for areas where my muscles were tight.
