I was really happy with the staff and medical professionals who helped me. Unlike the last company that used to do urgent care, this place really seems to have their act together. I recommend them.
I originally went to the CVS Minute Clinic. I was given a 3 hour wait. I went across the road to Urgent Care. After I completed the paperwork, I was seen immediately. I was seen by a medical physician.
Caring for a toddler can be very difficult. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to handle her toddler ways and I was so wrong! They were so professional and extremely patient and gentle with my daughter. They were actually able to do more assessments on her than her own doctor. She didn’t cry once and she allowed them to fully assess her. Everyone from registration to the PA was fantastic.
