UPMC Primary Care Fredericksburg - Jonestown

I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this office! Yesterday was our first visit, and I’m so happy I made the switch. We saw Dr. Lane and I cannot give enough praise about how interactive and attentive he was for my son. It wasn’t a “let’s get this over with” type of appointment. He chatted with my son and made it fun for him.

Their scheduling can suck and most people don’t listen to your concerns HOWEVER, after a year of multiple hospital visits, multiple doctors, and my own primary doctor Sears, I was turned to Doctor Aaron Lane after my ER visit. Doctor Lane went ABOVE AND BEYOND to listen to my concerns and properly diagnose me as I am iron deficient which I tried telling everyone for a year if not longer! Him and his nurse Craig would be the only true reason I even recommend this place so THANK YOU Doctor Lane!!

I had my first experience with the Jonestown office recently ( I wanted to continue care with Dr. Lane (who by the way. . . .is a great, caring Dr. ) and I can honestly say everyone was so nice there at the office from check in to checking out! Very pleased I made the change.
