Tried this place out since they were open on a Sunday. My expectations are minimal as I only treat myself to one or two pedicures a year. Totally disappointed as it hasn’t even been a week and my gel polish is falling off my nail. $60 way too much for 6 days of pretty toes….

So I was in yesterday for the first time in a year or so booked with a guy named Tuan since I never really had a preferred tech he did really well until it came to my nail polish. He even seen both tumbnails had some bubbles forming and told me they should be fine that right there let me know he had no interest in fixing them. I left around 5:30pm went home I went to wash my hands and both thumbnails were pealing I called and left a message never received a call back. Cost $95 and they are driving me nuts

Once upon a time, EM Nail Spa was wonderful. After my last few visits, I think that time has come and gone. I've gotten basic pedicures at EM over the years, and initially, the service was high quality. The last two times I've gone, however, the quality has changed. The tools didn't appear to be from a sterilized packages, the skin treatment was quick and not particularly relaxing, the trim on my toenails was uneven/not straight, and the paint was sloppy. I walked away this time with paint on my skin but not on the free edge of my big toe nail In all, the entire process was hurried; I suspect this is because they overbook and had more clients than nail... read full review
