I live in between the Johnstown Ulta and Monroeville Ulta. On a whim I decided to go here yesterday, it's about an extra ten minutes for me to go this route. Moving forward I'll be using this as my primary store because of how impressed I was. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they seem to have WAY more in stock compared to the Monroeville location and I think it's organized a little better. I'll def be back.

I had the best experience with Samantha at Ulta. I love my brows after the lamination service. She is very professional and does excellent work! She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable.

I’ve gotten my hair colored & roots touched up by Terra a couple times now.. and i must say i LOVE her work!! You can really tell she loves doing what she does. She talks you through what she is doing with your hair, which is very helpful. Being a POC in an area where there’s not that many stylists that look like you, Terra made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy. For all my POC girlies in the Johnstown area, Terra is your girl!! -she does it all!!?
