Emily was so knowledgeable, professional, kind , great listener and educated me on different simple exercises I could do at home to help with my issues. I learned so much from her about my body! My favorite exercise she taught me was how to relax/massage my abdominal muscles that I did not know before were so tense from my improper breathing when stressed during work (I am a nurse)!
