I talked to a roofing supplier in Johnstown, who referred me to Parish, and I immediately got in touch with him. I sent photos, the address, and details of the small job. He then stated he could stop by in the next few days. Few days go by I touch base and he says “I’m gonna try to by end of day today if not I’ll make sure to stop by tomorrow sometime”. I ask for a time the following day as he was unable to make it and never told me he could come, that was followed by silence. He will not return phone calls or texts.
