Very kind and helpful. Also very patient with us as we were making such difficult and traumatic decisions. Everything ran smoothly before/during/after funeral. Explained all the packages for purchase and did not push the bigger ones on us to try make bigger profit. Understanding and compassionate staff. Absolutely recommend them before any other funeral home in johnstown.

My kitty died at 11 30 at night and these kind people were very sweet through the entire process even though it was late at night. They came and picked her up, even allowing us the time we needed before handing her over. We didn't expect to get a nose print or much fur but they got us a great looking nose print and paw prints along with much more fur than I had thought. These little things meant a lot to my family. They answered any questions I had and were willing to drop her off to me at a friend's house when they were done cremating her and I wasn't able to make it home in time.
