My desktop computer "died" last November, but since I had my laptop it was not a really high priority to get it fixed/replaced. I finally called Crawdac Computer Services and took the unit to Diane just before I went on vacation. She determined it was unfortunately beyond fixing but she was able to retrieve my data. She found me a new unit, purchased it (with my approval) and set it up for me. When I finally came to pick it up, she walked me through the new system enough so that I was comfortable with it.Many thanks Diane. What would I do without you!

Again had excellent service from Crawdac Computer Services. Diane is very good with computers and knows her stuff. I have done business with her 3 times with excellent service each time. Her prices are reasonable and she explains everything to you about what she did to repair your computer. I highly recommend Crawdac Computer Services in Johnstown.

I received excellent service at Crawdac Computer Services. The technician efficiently handled my computer and got it up and working to "out of the box" condition. Every step of the repair process I notified. When I went to pick up my computer, I was giving a brief tutorial on my computer. And the best part is.....I didn't have to take out a personal loan to pay for the repairs. I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services.
