“I used to go for massages occasionally but it seemed to be such an extravagance, I didn't think it was something I could work into my budget. But for two years now, since a dog attack, i have pain in my hip. I also suffer from panic attacks after the incident. I've been to several doctors and even tried cortisone shots. I decided the massage needs to be part of my budget and that is where Carissa comes in. I visited her last month and felt so good when I left. I made an appointment to go back this month and left again feeling great! In addition to my hip, my neck tends to get tight and she gets it all worked out! I felt so much more relaxed leaving than going in. I'd had a long emotional day. As far as details, environment makes such a difference. The room is cool and the bed is warm and soft with a gentle scent. She asks on occasion if all is good, Without asking too much. And she uses just the right amount of pressure. She's always polite and starts on time. I'd highly recommend her.“
