We called Steward Maintenance for an issue where our older KitchenAid gas oven wasn't lighting. Everything about the experience was excellent. Called on a Tuesday and the technician visited on Wednesday morning. The technician, Antwain, was top notch. He explained everything clearly and diagnosed the issue as a problem with a control board. He even searched the internet for the replacement part when it wasn't available from the manufacturer anymore, and then advised us on the cost/benefit tradeoff. Exceptional service. Came out to diagnose my washer issue. Explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to go get the part and return to fix the same day on a Friday evening. Very polite and professional technician. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Very responsive, reasonable price for the fix, the technician Antwain was fantastic and had very clear delivery on the issue, how to fix it and the cost. Very happy with service and would recommend this company.
